All the examinations under Craftsman Training Scheme (CTS) and Apprenticeship Training Scheme (ATS) were directly conducted by NCVT monitored through State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training, Orissa, Bhubaneswar.

Similarly all certificates to the passed out students are issued directly from NCVT , processed through S.C.T.E. &.V.T. to avoid delay. Provisional NTC is issued by the S.C.T.E. &.V.T.
